Nocturno: nightly CRM bot that reads yesterday's meetings, email, calendar, Slack and WhatsApp into a private wiki, and keeps to-dos and what people owe you current
A nightly CRM bot. Every night it reads your previous day across meeting recordings, email, calendar, Slack, WhatsApp and your other bots' chats, and saves what matters to a private wiki it sets up for you (GitHub or Google Drive). It can also keep your to-dos and what people owe you up to date. It never messages anyone for you.

Event invite list in ~17 minutes from Slack: Grok Bot orchestrates CRM, Google Sheets and Clay, you review the sheet, Clay enriches net-new emails into one sourced list
A 71-second clip from the Clay ร Grok Bot workshop showing how SpaceXAI builds an event invite list end to end in under 17 minutes (about 11:13 to 11:30 AM in the demo). One bot works across Clay, the CRM and Google Sheets from Slack: the presenter reviews a spreadsheet of people found, approves it, and the bot runs Clay enrichment for net-new people's emails, then builds one combined list of existing contacts plus net-new contacts with sourcing on every row. The clip starts mid-demo, so the earlier list-building steps aren't shown.

Daily inbound call grader: honest booking rate + why missed calls didn't book
Every day at 5pm the bot listens to every inbound call from the last 24 hours and sorts each into six buckets: never connected, not a customer lead, existing work, new demand booked, new demand not booked, couldn't tell. Booking rate = booked / (booked + not booked), so existing customers and vendors don't skew it. It splits HVAC from Plumbing and gives reasons for misses (price shopping, wanted another time, not ready). A rolling 30-day view lands in the whole team's inbox.

Versioned skill registry as a CRM write gate: bots must acknowledge the current process manual before write tools accept their calls
Philipp M. W. Hoffmann runs about a dozen Grok Bots against his own CRM, outreach and bookkeeping tools, through MCP servers he built. To stop process drift, he added a skill registry inside those servers. Each business process, such as logging a lead or booking a follow-up, has exactly one versioned skill. A bot must register and acknowledge the current version before the write tools accept its calls. Bots can propose improvements only as diffs. Critical skills need his approval before a new version goes live, and a process page shows which bot runs which version. When a skill changes, the bots running routines on it pick up the new version and acknowledge it before their next write.

Deal Desk Shared Bot: check non-standard terms against policy, triage rep Slack requests, stamp every approval with rationale and DRI
When a quote needs special pricing or non-standard contract terms, SpaceXSI's Quote Bot hands it to Deal Bot, which supports the Deal Desk team. Deal Bot checks requests against approved policies and contract language and prepares the changes needed to move the deal forward. It monitors and triages rep requests in Slack, routes each one to the right cross-functional owner or approver, and checks whether Legal has already drafted similar terms. For decisions that need human judgment, it prepares a recommendation for a Deal Desk specialist to approve. Every Salesforce approval it processes is stamped with the decision, the rationale, and the DRI it was supporting.

Quote Shared Bot: side-by-side CPQ proposals, approval tracking, Ironclad order form, and a customer email draft
SpaceXSI's Quote Bot takes over when a rep is ready to discuss pricing. It prepares several proposals with different products and discounts, enters them in Salesforce, and shows them side by side in the Grok Bot app, so the rep never opens the CPQ tool. It submits quotes for approval, tracks their status, and routes exceptions to Deal Bot. Once a quote is approved, it generates the order form in Ironclad, downloads the executable contract, and drafts the email for the rep to send. It previews every Salesforce change and asks the rep to confirm. It runs with the rep's permissions, so a rep cannot use it to approve their own discount.

Account Intel Shared Bot: pre-meeting briefs, Gong transcript โ Salesforce updates, follow-up email drafts for the rep
SpaceXSI's sales operations team built Account Intel as a Shared Bot. Every rep has a private conversation with the same bot, which uses shared company knowledge and each rep's own permissions. GTM engineering first had Grok Bot analyze Salesforce activity logs to find the most valuable work to automate. The answer was updating opportunities after customer calls. Before a meeting, Account Intel prepares a briefing from account history. After the call, it reads the Gong transcript, makes the needed Salesforce updates, and drafts a follow-up email for the rep to review. Reps can schedule these workflows to run automatically.

Work-order intake to booked job: bot pulls work orders from client portals, checks capacity, books it
A plumbing company owner, whose largest customers are facility-maintenance, warranty and property-management firms, built a bot in about four hours to handle 5โ6 time-sensitive work orders a day. Each client sends work through its own app. Using its own browser in those client portals, plus Gmail, Slack, ServiceTitan and a quoting tool, the bot reviews the job, finds open calendar slots, confirms the customer's availability and books it. He says work order to booked job takes about 10 minutes, assuming the customer replies promptly. The post describes no human-approval step.

The bot that answers support from your knowledge base also answers teammates in Slack. It combines public docs and the help center with internal SOPs that aren't public, such as refund policy. In the session's examples, a GTM rep gets up to speed on today's release before a customer call, and a manager checks how an internal policy changed and which customers it affected. Lead-review โswipeโ app: PM bot specs it, engineer bot builds it, end reasons write back to the CRM
Ops asked a PM bot for an internal app where sales reps review their new leads. The PM bot interviewed the requester: only new leads, no filters; a required end reason plus optional notes; offline actions queued and confirmed; local-only. It wrote the spec and handed it to an engineer bot on its own. Reps see only their own leads. Swipe left ends a lead and writes the reason to the CRM. Swipe right adds it to a follow-up sequence. End reasons feed marketing targeting. It took about two weeks from idea to rollout (about 10 hours of live build), and the share of leads reviewed rose sharply.
