Nocturno: nightly CRM bot that reads yesterday's meetings, email, calendar, Slack and WhatsApp into a private wiki, and keeps to-dos and what people owe you current
A nightly CRM bot. Every night it reads your previous day across meeting recordings, email, calendar, Slack, WhatsApp and your other bots' chats, and saves what matters to a private wiki it sets up for you (GitHub or Google Drive). It can also keep your to-dos and what people owe you up to date. It never messages anyone for you.

Zoho Small Business Operator: run cash, CRM, customers and campaigns in Zoho from one bot, drafts first
Runs a small business on Zoho without twelve open tabs. It covers cash, CRM, customers, and campaigns. Drafts are ready, but nothing goes out until you say so.

Dormant contact reactivation: 20 years of client emails pulled and segmented from a vendor platform
From his phone, the owner had the bot log into his photography gallery platform. Minutes later it had pulled 10,000+ contacts from 20 years of work, 9,000+ of them already opted in, segmented them into weddings, corporate and guests, and saved them to an Obsidian 'brain' he can browse. This builds a reactivation list only; nothing is sent.

Versioned skill registry as a CRM write gate: bots must acknowledge the current process manual before write tools accept their calls
Philipp M. W. Hoffmann runs about a dozen Grok Bots against his own CRM, outreach and bookkeeping tools, through MCP servers he built. To stop process drift, he added a skill registry inside those servers. Each business process, such as logging a lead or booking a follow-up, has exactly one versioned skill. A bot must register and acknowledge the current version before the write tools accept its calls. Bots can propose improvements only as diffs. Critical skills need his approval before a new version goes live, and a process page shows which bot runs which version. When a skill changes, the bots running routines on it pick up the new version and acknowledge it before their next write.

GoHighLevel Guide: daily CRM work inside HighLevel as you, with five things gated on your yes
A store template for agencies and single businesses on GoHighLevel (HighLevel): it connects, maps your pipelines and contacts, does your daily CRM work as you, then reports back. Five things wait for your yes: deletes, bulk changes over 10 records, texts or emails to contacts, turning on workflows, and billing, phone or user changes. A HighLevel-specific sibling of the Any CRM template (GBOT-83).

Any CRM: connect any CRM, pass a read-only test, then do daily CRM work + daily brief
A store template that works inside whatever CRM you run: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or any CRM with docs and an API. It asks at most four setup questions, reads the CRM's current official docs to pick the simplest supported connection, and only calls itself connected once a read-only test passes. After that it handles pipeline, contacts, follow-ups and reports, and sends a daily brief. You choose which actions wait for your yes.
