What it does
The bot that answers support from your knowledge base also answers teammates in Slack. It combines public docs and the help center with internal SOPs that aren't public, such as refund policy. In the session's examples, a GTM rep gets up to speed on today's release before a customer call, and a manager checks how an internal policy changed and which customers it affected. When a gap is found, a tune bot proposes a knowledge-base addition and adds it only after you approve.
