Shipped-feature callback: when the changelog ships, the customer-expert bot surfaces who asked for that feature a month ago
Krista Letz's favourite customer-expert feature. The bot keeps each strategic account's feature requests in memory. Customer pushback on a report → editor + reviewer bots run a blind second review, owner makes the calls
When a customer pushed back on a report, an editor bot and a reviewer bot went through all 226 lines, checked their work against a blind second review, and showed the owner where they disagreed. IncidentWatch + IncidentSweep: catch support-ticket spikes early, then close the incident backlog in one approved batch
SpaceXSI support built two Grok Bot teammates for product incidents. Every five minutes, IncidentWatch reviews the previous 15 minutes of tickets for spikes around the same problem. When a spike doesn't match a known incident, it alerts the on-call support engineer with the issue, the ticket count and examples, and holds the matching tickets. Once the incident is resolved, IncidentSweep takes the engineer's include and exclude rules and exact message. It finds the matching tickets and sets aside any it can't confidently connect. Before sending anything, it shows the engineer the proposed batch. On Sept 18 it cleared 204 tickets in about 10 minutes, with one engineer approving the batch.

Internal knowledge bot in Slack: GTM and billing teammates query public docs + internal SOPs
The bot that answers support from your knowledge base also answers teammates in Slack. It combines public docs and the help center with internal SOPs that aren't public, such as refund policy. In the session's examples, a GTM rep gets up to speed on today's release before a customer call, and a manager checks how an internal policy changed and which customers it affected. When a gap is found, a tune bot proposes a knowledge-base addition and adds it only after you approve.

Tenured-customer churn alert: hourly ticket scan → Slack alert when a 6+ month customer threatens to cancel
A support or CS team connects Grok Bot to its ticketing system. An hourly routine classifies new tickets and posts to a shared Slack channel when a customer of 6+ months threatens to churn, so everyone sees it in real time. In the demo, the reply bot also pings an alert bot when a likely enterprise customer is locked out (SSO/Okta), and the alert bot tags the owner in Slack. Unlike the weekly churn-clustering report, this is a real-time alert.

Customer ROI form builder: bot builds a branded ROI-collection form for an account in its own browser
A CSM asks a bot to "make me an ROI form for Northwind." Working in Google Forms on its own virtual computer, the bot drafts questions in the team's usual ROI format (team and role, primary use cases, what done looks like). It returns the share and edit links and asks before sending. For repeat runs, the session suggests Teach a Task so the bot repeats your exact clicks. In the same session, the post-call pack produced a branded ROI one-pager the customer asked for on the call.

Voice-delta learning loop: weekly scan diffs drafted vs. sent and updates the voice bot's rules
A weekly self-improvement routine does two jobs. First, a system audit: it watches for work you're still doing by hand, such as Slack and email you never asked a bot to help with, and proposes what to automate. Second, voice learning: it compares what the bots drafted with what you actually sent and passes the differences to the voice bot, which updates its rules. Each round of drafts needs less editing. The voice bot was seeded with past emails and Slacks and adjusts tone by persona: casual lowercase internally, short and formal for execs.

Staff meeting: account bots and specialists debate how a CSM spends their one free hour
A CSM asks her chief-of-staff bot to start a staff meeting: a group chat where each account bot and specialist argues for the CSM's one free hour. The bots are told to disagree instead of agreeing by default. In the demo, two accounts say "don't spend it on us." The follow-up bot says a pending follow-up must go out now, and the account with an SSO issue makes its case. The chief of staff returns a ranked plan: SSO first, send the next-step email already drafted in Gmail, park the rest. This also checks for bias toward one customer.
