CPQ Proposal Builder
Quote Shared Bot: side-by-side CPQ proposals, approval tracking, Ironclad order form, and a customer email draft
What it does
SpaceXSI's Quote Bot takes over when a rep is ready to discuss pricing. It prepares several proposals with different products and discounts, enters them in Salesforce, and shows them side by side in the Grok Bot app, so the rep never opens the CPQ tool. It submits quotes for approval, tracks their status, and routes exceptions to Deal Bot. Once a quote is approved, it generates the order form in Ironclad, downloads the executable contract, and drafts the email for the rep to send. It previews every Salesforce change and asks the rep to confirm. It runs with the rep's permissions, so a rep cannot use it to approve their own discount.

Moving Inventory Photo Quote
Photo/video → room-by-room inventory quote, booked without a call (human checks every line)
Customers of a long-distance moving company send photos or a short video, and the bot builds a room-by-room inventory list. A person on the team checks every line and asks about anything unclear, and they ask for closets, stairs and parking because that's where extra hours come from. One customer booked a whole move through the bot, from quote to confirmed date, with no phone call. Self-reported.

Hardware SMB Sales Desk
Hardware SMB sales desk: find and research customers, tailored email drafts, quotes the team approves
Three hours after setup, an ROV maker's bots were finding potential customers, researching them, and drafting sales emails tailored to their needs. They also draft quotes automatically (the team must approve and send), sort and summarize email with reply drafts, and turn datasheets and loose photos into brochures.

Morning Bid Portal Scan
BidBot: morning bid-portal + search scan for bids and partnerships (free template)
The growth lead for a franchisor with franchisees in 32 states runs a bot team that scans bid portals and search engines every morning. In its first 2 days it found 5 unique opportunities, some bids and some partnerships. The free BidBot template scores each bid for fit, shows what it takes, and tracks deadlines, awards and renewals. Nothing goes out without his OK.
