Sales Orchestrator: group-chat control tower that routes each sales ask to exactly one specialist and gates outbound sends
Traffic control for a sales team made of several bots. It replies first in the group and routes each request to exactly one specialist. It stops dogpiles and chatter, gates handoffs and outbound sends, and keeps usage down by waking only the bot that's needed.

Leadsforge β Salesforge outbound agent: ICP-checked prospects, 10-day 3-email + 2-LinkedIn sequence built but not launched, results and replies on request
One Grok Bot agent sits between Leadsforge (prospect and contact data) and Salesforge (email and LinkedIn sequences). It finds and qualifies prospects against your ICP and adds only the ones you approve. It builds the sequence you specify and reports results and drafts replies on request. The guardrails are written before any access is granted: never invent prospects or contact data, never launch, change the sequence or send replies without approval, and ask before changing ICP or targeting.

10-agent outbound chain with 3 human checkpoints: ICP pattern β anti-ICP β list β fit score β trigger β opener β sequence β send β reply classifier β objection drafts
A ten-agent outbound chain where the human steps in at exactly three points. First, the ICP pattern read from your last 15 closed-won accounts, because every agent downstream reads it. Second, every opener before it gets near the send. Third, every objection reply. In between: an exclusion builder (anti-ICP from churned and ghosted deals), list builder, 0β100 fit scorer, 'why now' trigger finder, sequence builder, send layer and a reply classifier he eyeballs each morning.

Tech Stack Miner: sourced, confidence-rated tool evidence per named account from job posts, case studies, press and talks
A read-only technographic researcher. For the accounts a seller names, it records public evidence of the tools each company runs. Every finding carries a source link, a date and a High/Medium/Low confidence. It writes 'not found' when a search comes up empty and never infers a tool from industry or company size.

Pipeline while you hire: companies that posted an SDR/BDR job in the last 14 days β KEEP/HOLD/DQ β a first line from their own job post β a 3-email sequence
alex's business idea is selling 'pipeline while you hire' to companies posting SDR jobs. A company hiring an SDR needs meetings and has budget for them, and the hire takes months. Grok Bot finds companies that posted an SDR or BDR job in the last 14 days and pulls what they sell, who they sell to, and the job post link. It names the decision maker, sorts each company KEEP, HOLD or DQ, flags anything it can't verify, writes a first line from their own job post, and drafts a 3-email sequence for each KEEP. Email verification, sending and replies happen outside the bot. The post includes a short recording of the bot building that week's list.

Outbound Desk: one website in β Enrich, X and LinkedIn outreach specialists working one shared Google Sheet, drafts only
monokern built Outbound Desk, a lead bot that onboards a project and then sets up a crew of specialist bots on one shared Google Sheet: Enrich, X Outreach and LinkedIn Outreach. You give it your company's website, target audience, hook and channels. Enrich fills the sheet with prospects, contacts and business signals. X Outreach drafts personalized cold DMs, LinkedIn Outreach prepares connection notes, and email drafts stay in the sheet until you approve. monokern says that from one payments company's website it found prospects, researched them and drafted 100 personalized cold emails in about 30 minutes. Shared as a Grok Bot template.

LinkedIn Warm Outbound: engagers on buyer, competitor and topic posts β ICP score 0β100 β staged campaigns left stopped, replies drafted for 'send it'
JΓ‘en packaged his LinkedIn outreach bot as a free Grok Bot template from superagnt. He reports a 36% reply rate on cold outreach. Instead of firmographic lists, it starts from LinkedIn posts that buyers are reacting to: buyers posting about the problem, a watchlist of competitors and creators, and the topic itself. It pulls everyone who reacted or commented and drops past contacts and competitors. Then it scores each person 0β100 against the ICP, with the reason written down, and only enriches the people above the bar. In his own use, the first touch offers a personalized asset built for that lead's company. Campaigns are staged in HeyReach or Instantly but left stopped, and interested replies come back with a drafted answer for 'send it'.

Versioned skill registry as a CRM write gate: bots must acknowledge the current process manual before write tools accept their calls
Philipp M. W. Hoffmann runs about a dozen Grok Bots against his own CRM, outreach and bookkeeping tools, through MCP servers he built. To stop process drift, he added a skill registry inside those servers. Each business process, such as logging a lead or booking a follow-up, has exactly one versioned skill. A bot must register and acknowledge the current version before the write tools accept its calls. Bots can propose improvements only as diffs. Critical skills need his approval before a new version goes live, and a process page shows which bot runs which version. When a skill changes, the bots running routines on it pick up the new version and acknowledge it before their next write.

Account Intel Shared Bot: pre-meeting briefs, Gong transcript β Salesforce updates, follow-up email drafts for the rep
SpaceXSI's sales operations team built Account Intel as a Shared Bot. Every rep has a private conversation with the same bot, which uses shared company knowledge and each rep's own permissions. GTM engineering first had Grok Bot analyze Salesforce activity logs to find the most valuable work to automate. The answer was updating opportunities after customer calls. Before a meeting, Account Intel prepares a briefing from account history. After the call, it reads the Gong transcript, makes the needed Salesforce updates, and drafts a follow-up email for the rep to review. Reps can schedule these workflows to run automatically.

Tech-stack displacement research: Sumble-connected bot pulls legacy stack, job postings and org chart to aim messaging
A company-research bot hooked up to the SDR's Sumble instance pulls each account's tech stack (spotting companies on a legacy stack looking to move off it), job postings, and org chart (e.g. the leader of their SDR team), then pushes that back to the chief of staff to aim messaging at the pains similar companies had; Amplemarket handles email finding and verification so bounces don't hurt deliverability.

Lead-review βswipeβ app: PM bot specs it, engineer bot builds it, end reasons write back to the CRM
Ops asked a PM bot for an internal app where sales reps review their new leads. The PM bot interviewed the requester: only new leads, no filters; a required end reason plus optional notes; offline actions queued and confirmed; local-only. It wrote the spec and handed it to an engineer bot on its own. Reps see only their own leads. Swipe left ends a lead and writes the reason to the CRM. Swipe right adds it to a follow-up sequence. End reasons feed marketing targeting. It took about two weeks from idea to rollout (about 10 hours of live build), and the share of leads reviewed rose sharply.

Developer Relations roster: lead + 3 bots find top-5 developer friction journeys, draft a verified tutorial + response packet
A copy-paste roster prompt: the bot renames itself Dev (Developer Relations Lead) and creates exactly three teammates: Friction (Developer Researcher: issues, questions, drop-offs), Example (Technical Writer: tutorials, sample code, verification notes) and Loop (Community Analyst: feedback themes, advocates, program ideas). With GitHub, Docs and Community connected, the first job finds the five highest-friction developer journeys from real evidence and drafts one verified tutorial plus a community response packet, publishing nothing.

Cerebro + FindMyICP skill: shared GTM bot turns 'who should buy this?' into ICP, personas, segments, scoring, signal recipes and data-backed openers
On the Day 3 'Building a company in 3 days' livestream, Matt's shared Cerebro GTM template is installed live (it arrives with Clay MCP and Amplemarket MCP specialist context) and its FindMyICP skill turns a fuzzy question (who should fill the game's ad and sponsor slots?) into an ICP, personas, priority segments, a qualification scoring table and signal recipes; Cerebro asks the chief of staff for what's being built and pulls live player stats from the data bot to rewrite cold-email openers. Partner/advertiser outreach (selling inventory), not paid acquisition.

Research army: one search bot splits 100β200 accounts across low-context sub-bots in a group chat
For batch signal research too big for one context, a Web Search bot (Exa) splits 100β200 accounts across a set of low-context 'soldier' bots in an 'army huddle' group chat (e.g. 200 companies, 40 each); results flow back to the search bot, which passes the merged result up to the chief of staff.
