# Daily Meeting Prep Brief

> Daily meeting prep routine (Chief of Staff Bot)

A pinned Chief of Staff Bot runs a daily routine that preps every meeting from Salesforce, Gmail, Slack, Granola, and Gong (or web research when the meeting is new). Output is a short, skimmable brief you can read on your phone. It can also call a Slides Bot to build custom decks for the day.
