Case-study slide bot: customer blog post → finished slide in your master deck
A slide bot with one fixed case-study template (logo → problem → solution → impact → quote) turns a customer blog post or call notes into a finished slide in a master Google Slides deck, working on its own computer; batches several customers per message and can run as a routine that looks for new customer posts worth a slide.

Meeting Recap Deck: post-meeting recap in your slide template + Friday roundup
Turns meeting notes into a recap deck in your own slide template, working from notes you paste or upload, and never invents a quote. After a meeting it drafts the recap for you to check. A Friday roundup lists recaps that went out, drafts still unsent, and next steps past their date. It can also turn next steps into tickets.

EBR & Value Deck Builder: monthly renewal-deck reminder (renewals ≤120 days)
On the 1st of each month, flags renewals within 120 days and builds EBR / value decks from CRM, call, and usage data. It also builds a 'three whys' deck (why change, why now, why us) for prospects.

Live discovery slide built during the call (Granola → Figma deck)
A Slides Bot owns customer decks in Figma using your brand system and a master deck it maintains. Stop the Granola recording 5–10 minutes before the call ends and it builds a slide from what the customer just said in discovery. Close the call on it or use it as the next call's opener.
